Instructions
Pick the conductor size . Flex / DLO classes are separate entries — DLO cable is larger per kcmil and often takes the next barrel up.
Read the die color code and the W or U die set for your crimp tool.
Choose the connector by bolt size in the table. Two-hole "N" pads are the NEMA 1-3/4″ spacing pattern.
#2 solid conductor uses the #3 stranded barrel (the "#3 AWG / #2 SOLID" entry).
Crimp Tooling
PAT600-18V — 6-ton, crimps up to 600 kcmil CU, uses "W" dies .
PAT750XT-18V — 12-ton, crimps up to 750 kcmil, uses "U" dies .

Choose lug or splice by bolt size ; pin connectors adapt aluminum cable into mechanical (copper-only) terminations.
For dual rated CU/AL connectors, use the range table below — one die covers the whole range.
